Thank You STEVE!

Last night (8/24) my a/c just died and I called the emergency number. Steve called me right back, was over in a short time and was able to replace my dead a/c with a new one perfectly! It was almost 9:30 pm by the time he finished, and I appreciate that he didn't just put it off til today. Steve has done other maintenance work in my unit as well and always with great care, wanting to do the best for me, as a resident, and I think he is a great asset. THANK YOU STEVE!!!!

Overall a great place to live!

I love the location and unique floor plans of the unit. The neighbors are friendly and diverse, which is awesome. My two complaints would be the inconsistencies with office communications and maintenance staff. The office could be much better at alerting residents when communal updates or repairs are needed and often they will communicate inspections are happening with no follow through that they occurred. Maintenance staff has a high turnover rate which can lead to inconsistencies with communication and promptness of work orders. I'd also like to see more of a proactive effort for recycling measures. All that said, the staff work hard and mean well and that is evident as a resident.

Best Rental Company I've Used in Years!

DTN is a great company to use for rentals! Their staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, as well as quick with correspondence. The maintenance is unbelievably quick and efficient when it comes to work orders- I've never lived in a place with such quick response times and a friendly, professional attitude. The location is prime, it's pretty quiet overall, and the price is affordable!
